Waterproof Coating Material of Present Invention

Various waterproof coating materials have been developed in recent years. They can be applied to concrete, asphalt, foamed polyurethane boards, modified bitumen, and many other roof base materials. The waterproof coating material of present invention is designed to be non-solvent, so that it can be applied in a variety of applications. It can also be prepared as a two-pack curable composition. The waterproof coating material of present invention can be cured in a constant humidity room for three to four days. In a one-pack curable composition, all formulation components are mixed before application. A curing catalyst is added. The composition is then curable by moisture in the air after application. A curing catalyst may be selected from a group consisting of hydrolyzable ester compounds, ketone solvents, alcohol solvents, and halogenated solvents.
